2. Get buy-in. Get your win team together, articulate what you have in mind clearly and objectively. Be open to considering any critique.
3. Communicate to the larger group and get their buy-in to take action in the ‘now’.
Remember, these techniques can equally be applied to written communication; if that’s your preferred method.
