How to venture out of comfort zone for growth

How do we venture out of our comfort zone for growth and to reach our highest potential?

The extent to which we are willing to grow personally, directly corresponds to the extent to which our businesses will grow.

I was speaking to a CEO today who’s looking for us to do some work together.

I was humbled when he said the No.1 asset he would love for me to bring to the table (apart from business growth) is mentoring and helping him and his team to achieve their highest potential!!

Why I was excited!

To tell you the truth this has always being my secret dream and ideal client avatar; for businesses to recognise the direct link between personal development, business growth and highest potential.
How often do we get the ideal client?
The world of business and people is shifting!

…And certainly in the right direction!

Let’s embrace our holistic view of growth and seamlessly weave it into our normal conversations.

The more we grow to embrace the new us, the more our businesses will grow!

3 tips to venture out of comfort zone for highest potential

Start with you – list 3 important things (goals) you want to achieve and by when (business and personal)

List 3 crucial skills you need to achieve the above ( add more skills if needed but keep them simple)

Ask yourself – where the gaps in my skills? Do I have the ability and inspiration to achieve these goals while having fun?

If you struggle with writing any of the above areas or find yourself over-thinking, it’s your sign that you need to speak to someone you trust about it. A qualified mentor (personal/business) is always a good bet.

Do not hesitate by thinking that reaching your highest potential, both in business or personally is out of reach. It’s so within reach with the right level of inspiration!

Go get them tiger!
